Reservation & Cancelation Policy

  1. All reservations are made by e-mail or phone and paid for in advance, after this the client will receive a confirmation of a reservation..
    All of our payments online are secured by tawthe.
  2. All reservations are confirmed if the airplane is available, each client has to send us a request by email that will be answered shortly
  3. Once payment has been made, mexicancaribbean.com will e-mail the customer a reservation voucher..
  4. Rates may vary with no prior notice, but if a reservation has been made, the price paid will be unchanged.
  5. If additional persons are coming,  the customer has to inform us to check avaibility and   the extra charges according to the service  reserved.
  6. All reservations must be made at least, 3 days in advance. No reservations will be admitted later than this.
  7. Cancellation refunds will be made as follows:
    1. If the client cancels 30 days or more prior to the guest’s arrival, a 80% refund will be made.
    2. If cancellation is made between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival, refund will be 75%.
    3. If cancellation is made between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival, refund will be 50%.
    4. If the flight is cancelled for bad weather the costumer will receive 100 % refund of the total amount paid.
  8. No refunds will be made in the following cases:
    1. If cancellation is made 1 to 2 days prior to arrival.
    2. If the customer cancels a reservation made for the period between December 24 to January 06.
    3. If the customer does not show up  to use his/her reservation or service payed
  9. Refunds will be made to the Paypal account used to pay for the reservation, or a check  within a term of 30 days after receiving the cancellation.
  10. Only written cancellations, e-mailed in, will be accepted. No telephone cancellations please.
  11. Credit cards accepted: visa or mastercard. We don´t  accept American expres.
